to have confidence in yourself is to trust yourself.
What have you done to prove to yourself that you can rely on yourself?
That is why military basic training has “confidence courses” obstacle courses that look impressive, daunting, almost impossible to go through- until you actually try..and find you are able to.
You need to explore yourself, and prove to yourself that you are able.
From general confidence comes other kinds of confidence.
